We ship all orders from our factory in Japan with JP Post as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of the order being placed. Shipping time may vary depending on your local postal service, but we anticipate it will take 7-10 business days to arrive.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and link.
Warning: Tracking information may not become available until the package is picked up by the courier, check back later and contact us if this does not update after several days.
You can click the link in the email or visit your Account Orders page and track your shipments there.
