Payment

We use PayPal to process order payments. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Payment shall be made before shipment by either of the following methods:

  • PayPal Balance
  • Credit Card

Pricing

  • Prices are MSRP set by Corlant Inc. Pricing and specifications listed on this site are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices are in USD (US Dollars).

Cancellation

  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment. Buyer may be responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return.

Warning　

  • Smoked products are strictly for show and off-road use only.
  • Some products are not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal laws prohibit its use. Some items listed in the online catalog are intended for off-road use only. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to fines or penalties; we highly recommend you check local and federal laws for compliance regulations prior to purchasing said parts.  

Shipment & Freight Policy

  • All shipments will be by a freight company chosen by VALENTI. We currently favor EMS and USPS.
  • Due to the high value of our products, we require signature upon delivery to ensure your order is received in person.
  • Risk of loss for items purchased from this web site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Shortages & Damages

  • Inspection of shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Damage or shortages need to be reported by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • VALENTI needs to be notified of any items that are damaged during shipping within 72 hours of receipt.

Return Policy: Warranties/Defective Items

  • VALENTI ensures that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 Year from the purchase date. This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper installation, road hazard, accident, racing, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear. 
  • Cost of installation and labor is not covered in the warranty. VALENTI shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages and/or injuries from the result of use of its parts.
  • If a defect is found, please contact us before returning and we will arrange your RMA.
  • In the event of a return, the RMA product will be sent to our facility in Japan for inspection.
  • Any item that is returned as defective, and found to be non-defective will be returned at sender’s expense.
  • All defective items returned to VALENTI and verified to be defective will be replaced by a new one.
